STATEMENT ON DELETING USER ACCOUNTS AND DATA AT THE USER’S REQUEST
This Statement refers to the procedure for deleting user accounts and personal data from user applications, owned by the CTS company, in accordance with the user’s request.
- Submitting a Request: The user has the right to request the deletion of his user account and personal data contained in the user application. The request can be submitted using the following form [link to form].
- Deadline for Data Deletion: CTS undertakes to delete the user’s account and associated personal data within thirty (30) days of receiving a valid request from the user.
- Restrictions on Deletion: There are situations where CTS may be legally required to retain certain data (eg taxes, accounting). In such cases, the user will be informed of restrictions that prevent the complete deletion of certain data.
- Ability to Restore Data: After deleting the user account, the data will not be available in the user application. The user should be aware that the deleted data cannot be restored, and that it will be necessary to recreate the user account if he wants to use the services of the user application again.
This Statement is intended to ensure respect for users’ privacy rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). CTS reserves the right to change this Statement with prior notice to users.
